I'll keep it quick here; . . . practices resume next Monday. Please note Monday and Tuesday are special times at Helix HS. Friday is offered on the 2nd since we're off on WED and THUR next week.

We'll be attending two meets in January

BB+ on Jan 17-18   - eligibility list Here   (only 7 or 8 swimmers on the team eligible to attend)

All ages no-time-standard meet on Jan 31 and Feb 1 -  This meet is for all ages all levels. Please plan on attending!

USA Swimming registrations

All swimmers on the team must have a USA swimming registration to be on CAST.  Those with 2025 registrations - your registration expires on the 31st. If that is your swimmer - please make sure they renew prior to Jan 1st. Check the listing below to see if you are good to go for 2026 or need to renew. If you need to renew, just log in to your USA swimming family account and renew your swimmer.
