About Coach Ashley, Owner and Head Trainer
 
 
Ashley Watson was born and raised in San Jose, CA. She started playing basketball at 6 years old.  She continue to play for various organizations and went to play 4 yearrs of varsity basketall at Archbishop Mitty High School in San Jose.  Her accolades include WCAL Player of the Year, San Jose Mercury News Junior and Sophomore of the Year, first team all-league pick, 3-time All CCS pick, and 3-time WCAL pick.  She was named a top 10 point guard by ESPNRise Magazine.  During her tenor at Mitty, she has won 3 CCS titles, 1 Norcal Championship, and 1 State Championship.
 
She graduated from Archbishop Mitty in 2011 and received an athletic scholarship to take her talents to Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA.  Ashley graduated with a B.A. in Business Management in 2015.  She continued to attend GSU for her Masters degree and received an M.S. in Sport Administration while being a Graduate Assistant Coach for the women's basketball team.  
 
Ashley has trained all ages from elementary to college age athletes. She has a passion to transfer her knowledge on to the next generation.  Her coaching style provides a lot of discipline and accountability in an encouraging and uplifting way.  Her goal is to develop young players to not only be better athletes, but also better people by building those character traits that transfer to everyday life.
 
Ashley is married to her husband David who also played college sports and they have 2 daughters.
