2025- 2026 Dance Season Tuition and Policies Agreement for Performance & Kinderdance Programs

Dance classes begin the week of September 8th, 2025, and end the week before the Dance Concert on June 7th, 2026.

1. Tuition and Payment Plan

• Tuition for the full season is divided into 10 equal monthly payments, for your convenience.
   
• Payments will be automatically charged to your card on file on the 15th of each month, starting October 15th, 2025 through June 15th, 2026. Although classes conclude in early June, the final tuition installment is still due on June 15th as part of the 10-month payment plan.
   
• This monthly payment amount remains consistent, regardless of the number of classes in a given month.

2. Payment Process

• All families are required to have a valid card on file for automatic monthly billing.
   
• A $40 registration fee per dancer, along with the first month’s tuition, is due at the time of enrollment for the 2025–2026 season.
   
• If your payment method changes, please update it in your account before the next billing cycle to avoid any disruptions.

3. Withdrawal Policy

• If your dancer chooses to stop attending classes, please notify us in writing. You will only be responsible for tuition through the end of the month notice is given.
   
• Payments already processed are non-refundable, and no retroactive credits will be issued.

4. Missed Classes

• Tuition is not adjusted for absences due to illness, travel, or personal scheduling conflicts.
   
• Make-up classes may be available, depending on space and availability, but are not guaranteed.

5. Additional Fees

• In addition to tuition, families are responsible for other seasonal fees, including:
   
• $40 registration fee (due at enrollment)
• Costume fees
• Dance photos 
• Media fee (video of dance concert)
• Concert ticket purchases
   
• These will be communicated separately with due dates throughout the year.
