The purpose of the Chester County Country Club Swim League is to carry on a program of competitive swimming for the children of the member clubs, to offer instruction in all areas of competitive swimming, to provide and encourage learning situations involving sportsmanship and proper behavior, and to prevent any unnecessary pressures from being exerted on the children in the program.
