ACTIVATING OR SUSPENDING EXISTING ACCOUNT:

Parents are required to reach out to the Administrator if you would like to activate or suspend your account. It is your responsibility to update the team. If you do not contact the team to suspend the account and you continue to be charged we will only refund up to 2 months of dues after consideration of circumstances.

• On subject line put Inactivate Account or Suspend Account, whichever activity you are requesting.
• In email give athletes name/s and your account name, if different last names.
• Indicate which program you participate in such as Swimming or Water Polo.
• After activation/suspension you will receive a return email.
• If you are reactivating an account please log in and confirm/update your credit card on file. If you are asked to process a charge on your account you will need to manually perform. You will find your Payment information under My Account. Click on Payment Setup tab
