• Our focus is having fun, keeping fit, and working together as a team in a competitive environment.
• To help swimmers set and achieve personal goals for swimming.
• We will encourage all swimmers to enjoy and understand the health benefits of swimming and competing.
• We will develop sportsmanship, perseverance, and determination. These are the life skills that will help swimmers succeed in all areas of swim and life.
• To encourage parent support and participation. Without forced service hours, except for timing at meets.
