Coaches and Directors

I recently retired from the United States Army as a Sergeant Major after 30 years. I am married to my wife Cindy.
I've been around aquatic sports for most of my childhood and adult life. I grew up in California where I swam both high school and junior college swimming. I played water polo as well.
While in the Army, I've managed to keep myself active in the swimming community through the United States Masters Swimming program. I've pretty much competitively swam in 6 different states to include overseas in Italy. I qualified and swam in the Master Nationals in 2002 in Honolulu Hawaii.
I've pretty much been competitive in every event with the exception of breast stroke events. I really enjoy coaching, teaching, and mentoring at all levels. I firmly believe in team building, and cohesion.
I'm a newly hired United States History teacher here a CHS, and really enjoying it. I look forward to learning and growing as a team throughout this swim season.
