Make Up Policy

If SwimAmerica has to cancel a lesson for any reason we will use the Friday at the end of each week as a make up day. Fridays make up schedule will be:

4:00-4:25 parent child

4:30-5:00 levels 1, 2, & 3,

4:30-5:15 Raider prep in diving well

5:05- 5:35 levels 2, 3, & 4

5:40-6:10 Levels 4, 5, 6

If a family needs to miss for any reason (illness, vacation, etc) we will make every attempt to schedule a make up provided advanced notice was given for the absence, however there is no guarantee. That make up must be completed prior to the end of the session and must be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance to ensure instructor availability and proper instructor to student ratios. Inclimate Weather Policy

Winter - If the Greene County Sheriff declares a Level 2 snow emergency for Greene County then lessons will automatically be canceled. An email will also be sent out. As stated above if we cancel the lesson accommodations will be made to make up that lesson or issue a credit. If a family elects to stay home, please refer to the make-up policy above..
