Remember: Your practice is your assigned practice.  If you do not have EXPRESS permission from the coach, you should not be coming to another practice. 

Doubles for Senior Team 1: If you have questions about the double practices, please address it with Coach Meghan. 

The Lifeguards at the Front Desk have started to challenge the team to Chess Duels.  If you're interested in participating, contact Kevin.

May 20-21: Hilltopper Invite at DU/Sopris Meet in Glenwood(for my newer swimmers)

June:
June 2-4: Cuda/Star LC Open at VMAC -- sign ups have passed, contact Meghan if you missed it ASAP
June 16-18: Knoxville Invite or CSI Open Meet - Senior Team
June 23: Avon Rec Meet

July:
July 7-9: WSL Championships
July 13-1: Sectionals-Boise *(Either Sectionals or Senior Zones not both)
July 20-23: 13 & Over LC State Championships
July 28-30: 12 & Under LC State Championships / *Senior Zones

August:
August 12: Open Water Championships

Congrats to Cooper, Cedar and Dakota on some great time drops this past weekend!

Congrats to Breck who made a Sectional Time in the 200 Back! 

Congrats to Brian and Jacob for a very successful first high school swim season.  The Glenwood High Swim Team won their conference championships!  Also a big shout out to Brian for making it to finals at high school states! His relay was 13th in the 400 free, 15th in the 200 free relay and individually he was 17th in the 200 IM.
