  • Swimoutlet.com/avonswimteam is our way of generating a bit of money for the team to use for miscellaneous purchases.  For example, the digital time clock was purchased with money raised from swimoutlet.com/avonswimteam purchases.
  • Each team has specific skill requirements to meet before a swimmer can join. For this reason, moving up to a higher level team may only be done with an invitation from a coach.  If you aren’t sure which practice your child should be in, please contact a coach.

Not sure what to send with your swimmer?

Send the following with your swimmer:

  1. PBJ sandwich (or other nut butter alternative) - the protein in the peanut butter is important. (No Nuts - they take too long to digest.)
  2. Gatorade and Water bottle
  3. Berries or Orange slices
  4. (Big) Swedish Fish OR M&Ms or any gummy sweet - about 4 per event that they are swimming (NOT an entire bag full) - this is quick energy, not snack/party food.

Make sure your swimmer eats breakfast before they arrive - oatmeal, egg and toast - something filling, but not heavy.
