Remember: Your practice is your assigned practice.  If you do not have EXPRESS permission from the coach, you should not be coming to another practice. 

Doubles for Senior Team 1: If you have questions about the double practices, please address it with Coach Meghan.

PRO TIP:

If you are not swimming in a practice, please do not arrive more than 15 minutes early to the pool deck. It is distracting to the coaches and the swimmers in the water.
