As we approach this season of gratitude, I wanted to take a moment to express how thankful I am to be part of such an incredible swim community. 🏊♂️💦
Each one of you brings something special to our team, and it’s truly heartwarming to see how we support and uplift one another, both in and out of the water. The hard work, dedication, and camaraderie that you all exhibit make our swim practices not just productive but also enjoyable. It’s amazing to witness the friendships that have formed and the way everyone encourages each other to be their best.
Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on the positives in our lives, and I feel so fortunate to have each of you as part of our swim family. Thank you for your commitment, passion, and the joy you bring to our team. Together, we create an environment that is not just about swimming but about growing as individuals and as a team.

- DU Pioneer Entries are due TONIGHT! I will also send updated relays once we have meet results from CUDA.
***A couple important reminders about pick up, please be there ready to pick up your athlete no later than 10 minutes after their practice. Coaches also have been told to have kids ready by then too. Especially with things getting later we need to respect everyones time. ***

Aquawolves Giving Back: Meal Bag Decorating for Project Angel Heart!
The Aquawolves are proud to support Project Angel Heart’s Meal Bag Decorating Program!
Families can pick up blank meal bags at Creek (look by the lost and found nook). A box will be set up with blank bags for you to take home and decorate. Once you’ve finished your designs, please return them to the same box for collection.
