SECTIONALS FINALIST SAMANTHA HAGBERG COMMITS TO POMONA-PITZER FOR 2020-2021

Congratulations Samantha Hagberg on your commitment to attend Pomona-Pitzer in the fall of 2020.  Samantha will have an immediate impact on the Pamona-Pitzer swimming and diving team when she arrives.  Her best times in a number of events including 100 Fly, 200 Fly, 200 IM, 400 IM, 50 Free, 100 Free all would have scored at the SCIAC Swim & Dive Championships in 2019. Samantha’s 200 Yard Butterfly is also a B Cut for the NCAA Division 3 Swimming and Diving Championships held in Greensboro NC.

Samantha while at Charter Oak has been as Speedo Sectional finalist, qualified for Futures Championships, CT Swimming Scholar-Athlete, as well as many best times over the past few years.

Pomona-Pitzer is a liberal arts college located in Claremont CA.  They are apart of Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. Schools also represented in this conference include Claremont-Mudd-Scripts, University of Redlands, Occidental College.  Pomona-Pitzer has won the conference championships the last two years in a row and will look for their third straight conference championship in 2020.
