Chelsea Piers Foundation Raises Over $800,000 at Annual Fall Gala Honoring Jamie Barone and Ali Truwit

The Pier Sixty Collection — November 17, 2025 — The Chelsea Piers Foundation proudly hosted its Annual Fall Gala last night, celebrating two inspiring honorees: CP-AC Head Coach Jamie Barone and CP-AC Alumni Ali Truwit.

Coach Barone exemplifies leadership and mentorship, showing what it means to guide athletes both in and out of the pool. Ali Truwit reminded us of the power of perseverance and the impact of having the right coach in your corner, echoing her mantra: #StrongerThanYouThink.

The evening was a resounding success, raising over $800,000 to support the Foundation’s mission of empowering young people through sports and providing health and wellness programs for underserved families in our community.
