Chelsea Piers Aquatics Club Earns USA Swimming Bronze Medal for 2025

Stamford, CT — Chelsea Piers Aquatics Club has been awarded the Bronze Medal in USA Swimming’s prestigious Club Excellence Program for 2025. This national program recognizes the top-performing 18-and-under swim teams across the country based on athlete performance and point totals.

The Bronze Medal places Chelsea Piers among the top 200 clubs nationwide. Impressively, the team also ranked as the highest-scoring club in Connecticut, surpassing competitors by more than 1,000 points.

“This achievement reflects the dedication of our coaches and athletes,” said Jamie Baron, Head Coach of Chelsea Piers Aquatics Club. “Our focus is on developing swimmers to reach their peak by age 18, rather than just producing fast younger athletes.”

The club hopes to build on this success and aim for a Silver Medal next year.
