Congratulations to Griffin Craig from the Bartlesville Splash Club and Ryan Healy from King Marlin Swim Club for being named USA Swimming Scholastic All-Americans. This was the second year for Griffin and the third for Ryan.

Updates to OKS P&P 413 (championship meets) were approved by the OKS Board at the October 16th meeting.

Congratulations to Jennifer Salcher who at the September 16, 2023 OKS House of Delegates Meeting was voted the Phillips 66 Outstanding Service Award winner for 2023. The Phillips 66 Outstanding Service Award was established in 1981 to recognize volunteers for their invaluable contribution to USA Swimming. The award, sponsored by Phillips 66, is presented annually to an honoree named by each of the 59 LSCs. We have a change in our USA Swimming Team Services contact. Jay Chambers has transitioned into a new role with USA Swimming in working with the YMCA's, Lifetime Fitnesses, etc. to get them more involved in USA Swimming.
