- Fees for each session will be billed monthly.
- The 1st monthly payment will be made upon registration.
- Cancellation for the monthly session billing must be made in writing to [email protected] no less than 28 days prior to the 1st of the month.

Sylvania Tsunami will do everything within reason to register our swimmers for the above meets. It is each individual family's responsibility to adhere to registration deadlines, and late entries cannot be guaranteed. On occasion, it is possible to be closed out of meets without fault of the club or its coaches.
Meet Entry Fees
- Meet entry fees are paid to the host club several weeks before a meet. Therefore, you will be notified of each meet’s entry deadline and fee deadline.
- Registering your swimmer for a meet is done via our team website, www.sylvania-tsunami.com.
- Meet fees are non-refundable after the registration deadline has passed. If you are no longer able to attend a meet for which you have registered, please inform a coach about this change ASAP.
