Age Divisions and Weight Classes

USA Wrestling age divisions are set by birth year, not just age. This can feel a little misleading, so always check the official chart to see where your wrestler belongs.

When registering, the system will place your wrestler in the correct group—you won’t be able to register them in the wrong division.
