USA Swimming's Eastern Section of the Southern Zone (ESSZ) supports member competitions and provides resources to teams and individuals. The ESSZ consist of the following LSC's: Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Southeastern & West Virginia.
