NJS BOARD OF DIRECTORS - NEW MEMBERS TO WELCOME

NJ Swim Office NJS Office -
Hello New Jersey Swimming,
I hope this email finds everyone well.  I know several of you are heading off to Super Sectionals this week.  I wish you all the best!
Last Wednesday we had our spring HOD meeting and there were elections held.   I was elected Administrative Vice Chair, Eric Harse was elected Age Group Chair, Andre Stephens was elected DEI, Marlene Curtis was elected Safe Sport Chair and Ed Dellert was elected Finance Chair.   Immediately after the HOD meeting the executive board went into closed session wherein Tristan Formon, after 22 years of service resigned as General Chair, promoting me to General Chair.  Upon becoming General Chair, I had to appoint people to different board positions.  Please see below for all appointments and a few introductions to the board of directors of New Jersey Swimming.
As you read everyone’s goals, you will see that we all hope to make our sport better through our volunteerism.  We are hoping to communicate frequently and offer up some new ideas on how we can give our athletes the best competitions possible.  I ask very politely that if you have anything you would like to see in the future of NJ Swimming, please email me.
Thanks so much and I look forward to hearing from you!
Nicky
