Boca Raton Swim Team / Boca Raton Aquatics is proudly not affiliated with or endorsed by the School Board of Palm Beach County or Boca Raton Community High School (BRCHS) and the events/activities hosted by Boca Raton Swim Team on BRCHS premises pursuant to a lease agreement shall not be construed as being conducted, funded, hosted, or sponsored by the School Board or BRCHS on behalf of Boca Raton Swim Team / Boca Raton Aquatics The School Board and BRCHS undertake no responsibility for supervising or monitoring Boca Raton Swim Team’s / Boca Raton Aquatic’s events/activities and will not be liable for any and all actions of Boca Raton Swim Team / Boca Raton Aquatics on BRCHS premises.
