Monthly Dues Payment Procedure

PST Families,

Our city billing has officially moved to auto billing. If you have not yet filled out a Credit Card authorization form for auto billing, it can be completed by clicking this link or picking a form up from our office. You can either email it to Coach Erica at [email protected] or place it in the box on our office door.

If the auto billing form has not been completed, you will be billed quarterly. These are our only two options for monthly training fees to the City of Plantation.
