Practice Update for Friday, Oct 9 and Sat, Oct 10

There will be no practice for all 3:45pm groups on Friday, October 9th due to the Sizzler at Sunrise.

There will also be no practice for the 12 & Under water polo group on Friday, October 9th

Also, due to the Sub Jo meet at Sunrise, there will be no practice for Coach Terrell and Coach Dolores' 5pm groups. Animal and Sprint groups, please see Coach Dave and Coach Tom for your weekend schedule.
