No 3:45pm Practice Friday, July 8 and Friday, July 15

There will be no 3:45pm practice Friday July 8th due to the Area 2 Championships at Nova University, and there will also be no 3:45pm groups Friday July 15 due to the Junior Olympics at Central Park.
