Fitter & Faster Update for PST Famlies

 
 

Attention PST Families,
 
For the Fitter and Faster Tour this weekend, we are combining two sessions into one. The session will be at 3 p.m. Sign-in will be from 2-3 p.m.. The clinic will start at 3 p.m.
 
Saturday's practice for swimmers who are participating in the clinic will be held from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. We will have a combined practice with FLA. The Booster Club will have pizza for swimmers after practice.
 
Please wear PST Team caps and Team T-shirts to the clinic.
 
For those of you who have not signed up for this opportunity to meet Olympic Gold medalist Peter Vanderkaay  and 2009 NCAA woman of the year and Olympic Silver medalist Lacey Nymeyer, its not to late.
