PST Partnership with Orange Theory Plantation

The Plantation Swim Team Booster Club has made an investment in the performance of our 14 & Over athletes by purchasing a Corporate Membership at Orange Theory Fitness Plantation. Athletes participating with the Plantation Swim Team can attend workouts at Orange Theory Fitness Plantation at no charge. This studio was founded by PST Alumni, Barbara Volk (she was Barbara Thomas when she swam here & still on our record board!)

PST swimmers who have been taking advantage of this opportunity have seen a dramatic improvement in their strength and cardiovascular capacity.
