At TS Aquatics, we offer a progressive training structure designed to meet swimmers where they are in their development and help them achieve their highest potential. Below is a breakdown of our training groups, age ranges, focus areas, and equipment requirements.
Pre-Team Program
Foundational technique and skill development for young swimmers
Pre-Team 1.0
