14 & Under Florida Gold Coast Jr. Olympics
Congratulations to all 45 swimmers who competed at the Long Course Junior Olympics in Coral Springs. Jupiter Dragons swimmers had an outstanding meet. Our 10&Under Boys (Brandon Hiebert, Jacob Roman, Joshua Zuchowski and Pace Edwards) set a New Florida Gold Coast 200 Medley Relay Record and Joshua Zuchowski set a New Florida Gold Coast record on 100 Bk.
Other highlights of the meet were Joshua Zuchowski wining the High Point Award for 10&Under Boys, Heidi Smithwick capturing 3rd place High Point Award for 10&Under Girls as well as the Championship titles for 10&Under Boys 200 Medley and 200 Free Relays and individual titles Heidi Smithwick 50 Breast, 50, 100 Fly, Joshua Zuchowski 50, 100 Free, 50, 100 Bk, 50 Fly, 200 IM and Jacqueline Bedard 1500 Free.
The hard work and united team effort were well awarded. All coaches are very proud of you our swimmers accomplishments.
In the combined score Jupiter Dragons Swim Team placed 6th.
