Private Lesson
We offer private lessons in the morning or afternoon. Private classes are held twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays. Each class is 20 minutes long.
Pre-Green Group
The Pre-Green Group is designed for preschool swimmers who can swim 10 feet with their face in the water. The goal of the group is to teach the freestyle (crawl stroke) with rhythmic breathing. We will also introduce the backstroke. The Pre-Green Group meets twice a week on a Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday schedule.
Ages 3-5 Years
Days: Tuesday and Thursday (Monday & Wednesday depending on demand)

Swim Training Groups
Stroke Development: This is our entry-level group for young swimmers and older swimmers. In this group, we transition swimmers from our group lessons to stroke development of Freestyle and Backstroke. We do the same for older age swimmers who are starting the sport at a later age. The goal of this group is to work on the proficiency of the kick on their front and back. Teach the side breath. Ages: 5-9 Practice Time: 3:30-4:00-4:30-5:00pm Practices Days: Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday Swim Meets: Participation in our intra-squad meet is recommended. |
Green Group: The green group is the first group for our younger swimmers in the 25m pool. Swimmers in this group should be able to swim 25 meters of freestyle with side breathing and 25 yards of backstroke. Swimmers will begin to be introduced to Butterfly and Breaststroke. Ages: 6-8 Practice Time: 4:00 pm Practices Days: Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday Swim Meets: Participation in our intra-squad meet is recommended. |
Orange Group: The Orange group will continue to work on the progression of the breaststroke and butterfly strokes. Kicking proficiency and proper stroke technique will be the group's main focus. Swimmers will begin to be introduced to flip turns and legal stroke turns. Age: 7-9 Practice Time: 4:30-5:15pm Practice Days: Monday through Thursday Swim Meets: Participation in our intra-squad meet is recommended |
White Group: The white group is for swimmers ages 8-10, ready to focus on being competitive swimmers. Swimmers must know how to swim all four strokes legally. They will begin to be introduced to small swim and kick sets. The focus will be training for 100 IM. Age: 8-10 Practice Time: 4:00-5:00pm Practice Days: Monday through Thursday Swim Meets: Participation in our intra-squad meet is recommended Swim Meets: Competition at our Intra-Squad is required, and participation at USA Swimming Meets is recommended. |
Red Group: The group will focus on kicking and proper stroke mechanics on the four competitive strokes. Swimmers in this group will begin to learn how to read a pace clock, and small aerobic swim sets will be introduced. The goal Is to develop into competitive swimming by increasing practice and intra-squad participation and meeting competitive time requirements. Age: 9-11 Practice Time: 4:30-5:30pm Practice Days: Monday through Thursday Swim Meets: Participation in our intra-squad meet is highly recommended |
Blue Group: Ages 12-15 years old. The group will focus on building kick speed, endurance, and stroke mechanics. This group will concentrate on building a well-rounded age group swimmer. The goal is to develop into competitive swimming by increasing practice and intra-squad participation and meeting competitive time requirements. Age: 12-15 Practice Time: 5:30-6:45 pm Practice Days: Monday through Thursday Swim Meets: Participation in our intra-squad meet is recommended |
Championship Training Groups
Bronze Group: This group is for swimmers ages 8-10 The goal is for swimmers to work towards qualifying for the FGC "BB" Championships and FGC Age Group Championships. To be considered for this group, a swimmer should have a USA Swimming "B" time standard. Swimmers are expected to be members of USA Swimming. Attend swim meets on a regular basis and maintain an attendance above 80%. Age:8-10 Practice Time: 4:15-5:30pm Practice Days: Monday through Thursday Swim Meets: Participation at USA Swimming Meet is required Swimmers in this group who have qualified for the FGC Age Group Championships are invited to train with the Silver group on Friday and Saturday. |
Silver Group: The goal is for swimmers to work towards qualifying for the FGC "BB" Championships, FGC Age Group Championships, and FGC Zone Team. To be considered for this group, a swimmer should have at least one USA Swimming "B" time standard. Swimmers are expected to be members of USA Swimming. Compete regularly at swim meets and maintain an attendance above 85%. Age: 10-12 Practice Swim Time: M/W 5:15-7:15pm; T/Th 5:15-6:45pm; Fri 4:45-6:45pm; Sat 7:00-9:00am Dryland Time: Tue & Thu 4:30-5:05pm Practice Days: Monday through Saturday Swim Meets: Participation in USA Swim meet is recommended 10 and under swimmers in this group must have four “AAAA” times to be considered. |
Gold Group: The goal is for swimmers to work towards qualifying for the FGC "BB" Championships, FGC Age Group Championships, Qualifying for Sectionals and the FGC Zone Team. To be considered for this group, a swimmer should have a USA Swimming "B" time standard. Swimmers are expected to be members of USA Swimming and compete at all eligible swim meets. Swimmers in this group must maintain an attendance above 90%. Age: 12-14 Practice Swim Time: Monday through Thursday 5:30-7:30pm, Friday 4:30-6:30pm; Saturday 7:00-9:00am (Tue/Thu 5:20-6:45am) Dryland Time: Monday and Wednesday 4:30-5:15pm; Saturday 9:15-10:00am Practice Days: Monday through Saturday Swim Meets: Participation in USA Swimming meets is required. 12 year old swimmers in this group must have four “AAAA” times to be considered. |
Senior Group: This group is for swimmers 15 and over with one BB time. The group's goal is to compete at the FGC Senior Championships and qualify for Sectionals and Futures. Age: 15 & Over Practice Swim Time: Monday through Thursday 5:30-7:30pm, Friday 4:30-6:30pm; Saturday 7:00-9:00am (Tue/Thu 5:20-6:45am) Dryland Time: Monday and Wednesday 4:30-5:15 pm; Saturday 9:15-10:00 am Practice Days: Monday through Saturday Swim Meets: Participation in USA Swimming meets is required. |
National Development: 14 & Over (Re-Starting 2024) Swimmers in this group must be at least 14 years old and have at least one sectional time. The goal of this group is to qualify for the Futures, Junior, and Senior National Championships. Swimmers in this group must also be fully committed to the sport. This group will focus on all the fine points of the sport. This group trains 2 to 3 hours a day, 8 to 9 times a week. Swimmers in the National Development group are expected at every practice.
