Official rule on Activating or Suspending CCST account status.

This is the official way to suspend, or activate your account before the start of the next month.

If you have not emailed to suspend your account and end up getting charged, a credit for future swimming will be the only refund at our discretion.

If you have not emailed to activate your account and just show up, a daily rate charge of $25 will be added to your account along with the monthly dues.  

We have run into problems, and we need each one of you to be responsible for communicating your account status change.  

An email helps us make sure we have enough space at the pool, as well as have a current roster for insurance purposes.

These rules have been in effect since the start, but the times we have run into problems they were not followed.

Text messages are not an acceptable way of contact for account status change or for anything monetary.  We highly discourage text messages and honoring them will be at our discretion.
