Refund, Cancellation, and Weather Policy Update
Policy update
1. Living Document
This Agreement is a living document and may change without notice. It is intended to protect the interests of the Celebration Cyclones while ensuring fairness to the Member.
2. Membership Policy
The policy of the Celebration Cyclones is that the Member is either on the team or off the team. The Member agrees to provide at least 10 days’ notice prior to the 1st of the billed month if they wish to suspend their account. If the Member is billed and subsequently notifies Cyclones of their decision not to attend for the month, a credit will be posted to the Member’s Cyclones account if the notification is received by the 10th day of the billed month. If the Member’s child attends for at least one day in a month, the full month’s dues are to be paid. Prorating is only done when first joining the team. There are no discounts.
3. Refund and Credit
Refund or credit for membership fees are at the sole discretion of Cyclones Inc.
4. Reactivation Fee
If the Member’s account is suspended, a $50 fee will be charged to reactivate the account. In the event of reactivation in a new year, the Member may be required to register again.
5. Correspondence
Emails will be honored. We highly discourage text messages or discussions of a serious nature on the pool deck. We do not condone a parent text chat group as this is how misinformation is spread. All correspondence should be directed to Kelly or Matt.
Please email [email protected] for all billing inquiries or questions.
6. CROA Pool closures and Weather
We are not responsible for the maintenance of the pool, and have no control when the town closes the pool. We do our best to possibly relocate if it will be closed for more than one day. Complaints about pool closures should be addressed to Celebration Townhall.
Weather is an act of God and we cannot control it. If we need to cancel due to weather we do not get a refund from the town, so we do not give refunds either. Our prices are determined with missing days due to weather.
If lightning is within 10 miles of the pool we must get out. We have to remain off the pool deck until the last strike is outside the 10 mile radius and 30 minutes have passed. We will do our best to not cancel at all times.
