KinderSplash & Renegades Booking Procedures Policy

This is how to book, and the policies for Kindersplash and Renegades private lesson group.

 

       

 

         How to Book

 

1. Visit our website or open the Celebration Cyclones app.
2. Select “Private Lesson Booking.” Private Lesson link
3. View available times and register.
4. Complete the booking and submit payment online.
5. You’ll receive a confirmation email with details.

Important: We will not be able to accommodate walk-ins. If you arrive without a booking, we will have to turn you away to keep the schedule fair for everyone.

 

         Lesson formats & pricing (per person) **price may change at time of lesson depending on what is received**. 

 

• Private (1:1): $60 per 30 minutes
• Spotlight (2:1): $45 per 30 minutes- Siblings, friends, etc.
• Small Group (3+ to 1): $30 per 30 minutes- *Mandatory 3+ registered members to receive pricing*

 

        Special notes

• If you’d like to form a small group with other members, you may coordinate to keep the current group price per member. We will honor the price for groups you assemble, and may offer a discount to the member who coordinates it.
• We’re introducing instructor options as we add staff; you’ll be able to select your preferred coach when booking in the near future.
• Lesson formats and pricing are per person and reflect the type of lesson received at the scheduled time; formats may change based on scheduling needs at any given time.

 

         Cancellation policy

• More than 48 hours before the lesson: No charge
• 24–48 hours before: 25% cancellation fee
• Less than 24 hours before: 50% cancellation fee
