Athletes in the Silver group focus on learning the four legal competitive strokes, having fun, and perfecting start and turn techniques.

Silver team swimmers swim from Monday - Thursday from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm and may choose a 2, 3, or 4-day practice schedule.
