Where the DREAM all started- We had a very humble beginning in 2012 as “Cheer and Tumbling on the Go”. It was a small business that wner, Jonathan Pol, ran out of his driveway. He was fueled by passion and drive to one day develop the best athletes in the world – inside and outside of the gym. He wanted to instill work ethic into our athletes, but mostly share life lessons that could transcend into the rest of their lives. 

Island Cheer & Tumbling is the only All-Star gym in Nassau County. We offer affordable prices comparable to other programs in the state. We believe that we provide the BEST instruction and experience for our customers.

We offer Level 1-5 Tumbling & All-Star Cheerleading ages 3-18. Everyone at Island All-Stars is placed on a team, regardless of experience.

Our staff’s knowledge, synergy and experience cannot be matched! We come from the top collegiate and All-Star programs in the country and share the same passion and love for the industry as the kids we coach. All of our athletes have great opportunities to take their cheerleading career to the collegiate level. We take pride in assisting our athletes in pursuing higher education while staying involved with their athletic passion. Money can’t buy the enthusiasm and confidence our kids at Island All-Stars & Tumbling will experience.

Our intent is to create an atmosphere where kids can feel a part of something good. Once you feel a part of something, then you begin to take on its’ characteristics. With this in mind, we try to constantly preach good and positive characteristics that we want our kids to learn. Characteristics like Confidence, Hard work, Admiration of team, Motivation, Perseverance, Initiative, Organization, Never quit & Self-confidence. Now if you take the first letter of all these characteristics, then you have what we are trying to build- CHAMPIONS. Not just a champion on the floor, but a champion for life. If we have instilled these values in our kids, then we have made them all winners.
