Coaches
Camille Albrecht swam synchronized swimming for 14 years. She competed as a member of the Tampa Bay Synchrays and placed top 10 in many National meets including placing 4th at US Open in 2007 and 2nd at Age Group Nationals in 2008. In 2009 Camille was a part of the inaugural cruise on The Oasis of the Sea where she preformed as a dancer and Synchronized swimmer in the first ever Aqua show at sea: The Oasis of Dreams. After completing her contract on the ship, she retuned to Tampa YMCA Synchro where she had volunteered as a coach in her senior year of high school. She coached as an assistant coach for 4 years. In October of 2013 Camille took over as the head coach. While with TYS she coached multiple swimmers to qualify and swim at US Nationals and Junior Olympics where swimmers have to placed and swam in finals. Also during her time with Tampa YMCA Synchro she placed 2 swimmers to the 12-U National Team and 1 to the JR National team. Camille was named the 12-U USA Artistic Swimming National team assistant coach for 2020-2021. In the Spring of 2020 Camille became the head coach of the newly founded FL Elite Synchro Warriors where she looks forward to coaching more and more athletes to their highest potential! Other than coaching Camille runs a swim lesson business, swims masters synchro with Team Florida, dances, cycles, runs, and practices yoga as often as possible!
Darcee Redding has been involved in the swimming community for over 25 years. She grew up in Tarpon Springs, and began synchronized swimming with the Pasco County Pirouettes at 5 years old and then Suncoast Water Works where she qualified for many Age Group Nationals, Junior Nationals and US Opens. Darcee went on to swim synchro at the University of Florida where she was the Club President for 3 years and they won 2 Club National Titles, and she majored in Health Education and Behavior. She served as the Florida Association, South Zone and Collegiate Regional Athlete Representative to the USAS Convention throughout her years as an athlete. She continues to swim Masters Synchro with Team Florida.
Darcee coaches the new Florida Elite Synchro Team, and has been coaching synchro since 2012. She has also taught swim lessons to children and adults on an off for many years. She has coached numerous athletes to qualify for Junior Olympics, 13-15, Jr and Sr Nationals, as well as 2 athletes to the USA 12&Under National Team and 1 athlete to the USA Junior National Team. She is a USA Swimming Level 2 Coach, a USA Artistic Swimming Level 3 Coach, and a USA Artistic Swimming Level 4F Judge. Darcee also serves as the Officials Chair for the NW FL Artistic Swimming Association. She is certified by the Red Cross to teach CPR/AED/First Aid, Lifeguarding, Babysitting and Wilderness First Aid. Darcee is also a certified Aquatics Facility Operator (AFO).
Darcee lives in Seminole Heights, with her husband, their husky George Michael, and 5 rescue cats. When she's not at the pool she enjoys traveling to national parks, gardening, and yoga.
Anjel comes from Rensselaer, Indiana where he began swimming and diving as an 8th grade r. After spending a year in Chicago on a soccer scholarship, Anjel transferred to Manchester University where played was a 3 sport student-athlete . During his time at Manchester, Anjel set 3 diving records (1m 6 dives, 1m 11 dives, and 3m 6 dives) . He was a 2x NCAA DIII Regional Finalist and earned an H onorable Mention All-American Scholar d uring his time there .
Victoria has been apart of the Florida Elite team since 2017. She started swimming with the LOLL (Land O Lakes Lighting) team when she was 4 years old. Her father, Brian Vaile, had coached the Land O Lakes High School swim team for about 7 years. She is currently in college at USF and coaches, swim instructs and lifeguards. She is currently coaching the Juniors and does private swim lessons in her free time. She swam for Wesley Chapel High School and Florida Elite and graduated in 2022. Her certifications include: Lifeguard, USA Swimming Coach, AED, CRP, and First Aid.
Hi, my name is Jaybreona Foster. I just recently moved to Tampa from Ohio in May. I started swimming when I was 9 years old for a local YMCA team. I went on to swim in college for Urbana University and finished with Notre Dame College. During my time at NDC, I broke the 100/200 breaststroke records and earned many conference honors. I graduated from NDC with a BS in biology. I am excited to join the Florida Elite Warriors.
Robin Hilgenberg came from southeast Ohio and graduated from BGSU with a BS in Physical Education. She moved to Tampa to earn a Masters in Adapted Physical Education from USF. She taught Adapted Physical Education in Hillsborough County for 36 years. Robin has coached all levels for LOLL/FE since 2000 and also coached the LOLHS Swim Team for 18 years. Her Synchronized Swimming experience paired with her Track and Field concentration along with teaching swim lessons since she was 16 lead her to where she is now as a coach for FE. She is married to Scott and has coached her three sons who earned medals at states. They have also coached LOLL/FE.


Kara Wilkins grew up loving the sport of swimming, she swam here for Florida Elite, which ultimately lead to her swimming collegiately at a Division I University. She graduated Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelors in Psychology in April 2021 Cum Laude. She was a swim instructor in Boca Raton with KISO Swim School for 3 years while earning her degree. She recently moved back to the area to pursue a Masters in Social Work, and will be coaching some of our Green Warriors groups. If you take a look at the team records, you’ll see Coach Kara was once a successful Warrior athlete herself!
