There are several different options to participate in aquatic programs with the team.

Diving: Coach Luke and Coach Zach work with beginners through elite level divers to improve their skills for AAU competition and high school competition or to learn new skills.
Progressive Swimming: The fearful new participant of any age through the swimmer preparing to join a swim team this program focuses on individual development in a group setting.
Seasonal Swimming: Swimming is a great cross-trainer that kids can do between sports. The seasonal program offers meets and focuses on short term goals.
High School Program - high school students who do not want to commit to a competitive swim program can participate with this group to stay in shape during the off-season. Participants may choose to participate in meets but the main focus will be to improve stroke technique, endurance and prepare for the high school season.
Specialy Program - an example of a specialy program is Coach Major's Age-Group 2 program. Coach Major retired from year round swim coaching but provides instructor during the summer months. Certification classes in First Aid, CPR, Lifeguarding and SCUBA are offered throughout the year.

Competitive Swimming - participants are not required to compete but this group focuses on swimming for more than 6 months of the year. Participants create short and long term goals and compete locally, statewide and nationally. Participation is in both USA and AAU competitions.
Adult Swimming - participants vary in ability. Participants who need to learn the basics should take advantave of the progressive swim program. Those looking to prepare for triathlons, master events or increase their fitness levels wil set short term and long term goals with the coaching staff.
Adaptive Aquatics - this group is gearded toward competing in meets and to improve their racing style through endurance and technique.
