SOUTHWEST STARS TRAINING GROUPS
The SouthWest Stars offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. It is the goal of the SouthWest Stars to offer age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each swimmer and developing each individual to the best of THEIR abilities. Training groups are designed for gradual progression as the coaching staff recognizes improvement. Initial group assignment is determined by the swimmer's age, skill level, and training goals.
