TUF Girls Becoming TRU Athletes

Beginning as TUF Allstars in 2013, our program consisted of young athletes ages 3-18. We teach our athletes the fundamentals of competitive cheer, how to work collaboratively as a team, critical thinking, self-discipline, esteem building strategies and techniques. For our athletes to assess the strategies and techniques they are taught, we participate in cheer competitions. We have won several local and national competitions over our 10 season span. These competitions prepare our athletes to be balanced, well-rounded individuals for our community and ultimately future leaders. We are known as the back to back the One Champions.

In 2023 heading into season 11, we leveled up and now we are known as TRU Athletics(Hebrews 11:1). Our mission is to empower youth through the sport of All-Star cheerleading by providing a safe, inclusive, and high-quality training environment that foster athletic excellence, personal growth, cultural pride, and community leadership.  We are committed to breaking minority barriers, celebrating diversity, and creating equitable opportunites for every athlete to shine- on and off the mat.
