Coach Scott Barlow has experience coaching for over 25 years. He recently was named Treasure Coast Scripps High School Coach of the year.  

Coach Barlow brings with him the experience of coaching novice, age group, high school, national,and Olympic trial qualifiers.  He has had an American Record holder, an Olympic gold medalist and swimmers with two of the top fastest age group times in USA swimming history. .  

Originally from Cicninnati, he competed at Eastern Michigan University then graduated from Miami University of Ohio.  Before coming to the Treasure Coast, Barlow coached a successful team in south Florida for over 11 years.  While there he was awarded the Florida Gold Coast Senior Coach of the year.

Since inagurating TCSC in 2005, Coach Barlow has produced 5 High School All Americans National level swimmers and a 2013 Florida High School 2 time State Champion. Under his direction,  TCSC was awarded the USA Swimming  Bronze level of excellence in 2010  Coach Barlow  has had many Florida Age Group Champions and Top 10 Swimmers in the Florida Swimming LSC.  

Along with his experience, he brings a passion to the sport of swimming.  His commitment to excellence for the team and the swimmer is what makes his swimmers and program successful..  

Coach Holly McClain leads and directs the Age Group Program.  She has built a strong 12 and under program at TCSC.  She has had Florida Age Group Champions as well as Top 1 and 2 swimmers in the top 10 of Florida swimming.  

Originally from Oxford, Ohio Holly competed at the University of Tampa and and graduated from Florida Atlantic University with an English Degree.   Coach McClain brings with her a strong swimming background having been a YMCA National champion and senior national qualifier.  

Coach McClain was the recipient of the ASCA age group coach of the year award in 2002 for the Florida Gold Coast.  She continues to build the foundation for the the age group swimmers so they are prepared to swim at the next level.
