Brian Ahern - Head Coach and Program Director

Coach Brian began his coaching career at 16 as an assistant head coach and swim lesson isntructor at the YMCA in Boca Raton. In 2010 hemoved to Tampa while attending the University of South Florida where he majored in Criminology with a minor in Psychology.
He started working with Coach Julia Lamb in Feburary of 2011 as a developmental coach and swim lesson instructor. He continued his career and became Head Age Group Coach. Forming one of the best age group teams in Florida, he later became Assistant Head Coach of TEAM. He was promoted to the role of Head Coach of TEAM New Tampa and Estancia in 2022.
Coach Brian's accomplishments include developing Florida Age Group Championship, Senior Champ, National Club Swimming Association and Futures qualifiers. He has also overseen multiple FLAG and Senior Champ overall winners. His swimmers have gone on to qualify for Junior National and National meets including the US Olympic Trials. Coach Brian has twice been selected as a South Eastern Zone coach and has bee selected as a coach for the Florida Swimming Select Camp.

Alisa Cimino - Estancia Lead Site Coach
Coach Alisa Cimino has a love for swimming that dates back to the career of Mark Spitz and Janet Evans. After years as a swim mom, she made the choice to give back to the sport that had played an important role in the lives of her family members and started coaching at the high school level in 2013. As a high school coach, Alisa has seen her fair share of success including being named Women’s Coach of the Year 2014. In 2017, Coach Julia hired her on to coach and she has done so at every level of the program. Alisa’s full time vocation is as an exceptional student educator. She is delighted to be a part of the ‘TEAM’ and helping swimmers grow into successful humans and athletes stating that, “ It is a joy to share a lifelong skill that can take an individual as far as they aspire, be it fitness or a professional career.”
Chris Daniels - Hunters Green Lead Site Coach
Julia Lamb - Swim Lesson Coordinator

Coach Julia Lamb was born and raised in Vermont. Her coaching career began in 1999 at Hunters Green Country Club. In 2009, Julia went out on her own and formed what would later become Tampa Elite Aquatics. She has coached swimmers of all ability levels from teaching people how to swim to Olympic Trial qualifiers. \
