The West Florida Lightning Aquatic Team Masters are a fun, low key group of adults that train 6 mornings a week.  We offer coached workouts Monday through Friday mornings (M,W,F 5:00 - 6:15 a.m.) and (M,T,TH,Fr 6:00 - 7:15 a.m.).  We also have an evening group that swims 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. T/TH. The group consists of triathletes, competitive open water swimmers, fitness swimmers, and competitive Masters swimmers.  Workouts are tailored to individual needs, but workouts provided are 3000 yards/meters.  There are some who do more, and some who do less that what is provided.  Masters dues are $60 / month, and members need to have a City of Largo Rec. card, and an annual membership with USMS.
