Documents for new members are New Swimmer Info. form, medical release, and Florida Swimming Registration form.  Please, if you are new to the club, review our Handbook as well, as it has a lot of valuable information and may answer a lot of your questions as a new member.  Our Swim America registration form, and summer league registration forms are updated annually. If registering for Summer League, you need the Summer League registration form, the seasonal FL Swim Reg. form, and the medical release.   You will also need to get a YMCA membership ($20) from Ridgecrest YMCA.  For Swim America, please just print our the Swim America reg. form.
