The goal of our team is to develop our athletes to be competitive swimmers while teaching them life skills and values in a safe and supportive environment while promoting a lifetime of wellness through the sport of swimming.

Our team is a year-round competitive USA Swimming team offering high quality, professional coaching and technique instruction for all ages and abilities. The goal of our team is to promote a lifetime of wellness through the sport of swimming in a safe and inclusive environment. 


Mission Statement and Objectives:

  • To provide excellence in professional coaching and programs to develop individuals to the best of their abilities to compete at the highest levels.
  • To provide an atmosphere that inspires swimmers to achieve their maximum potential through a strong work ethic, discipline, self-motivation and self-esteem.
  • To develop team unity where everyone encourages and takes pride in each other at all levels of competition.
  • To instill a lifelong love of swimming through enjoyment and accomplishment at all levels of swimming.

 

Life Time's Swim Team programs are year-round competitive USA Swimming teams that compete on a regular basis just like amy other year-round club team. If you're interested in joining our team, please contact the head site coach of the appropriate location and you may schedule a tryout and/or provide recent proof of times in order to help with placement in our programs.

Please keep in mind that in order to join the Life Time Swim Team, you must be a Life Time member. Tryouts can be scheduled with the head site coach prior to committing to be a member. Cost for memberships and swim team dues vary by site as well as the practice schedules.

Swimmers may join at any time provided there is space on the team and with Head Site Coach approval, but just a reminder that as with all of Life Time's programs, there is a 30-day cancellation notice that is required to exit the program once you've joined.
