My goal as a coach is to build character and responsibility among youth swimmers in our community; unity within the team; and the desire to grow in the sport of swimming. As a youth, I was a national and international swimmer who excelled at different levels of USA Swimming and represented Guatemala in international events, like CCCAN, Camex, and other venues. My father is renowned swim coach Juan Yegros Sr., who is known for building swim team and national programs in many Latin American countries and for coaching locally at Harrison Swim Club, Swim Atlanta, and others, as well as his own swim team, Georgia Jets.
