PeeWee Pre-Team
The Valdosta Aquatics Pre-Team is a beginner-level training group designed for young swimmers (typically ages 4–7) and those with little to no swim technique. This group focuses on building foundational skills in freestyle, backstroke, streamlines, starts from the blocks, and turns, all within a supportive and small-group environment. Practices are held twice a week for 45 minutes and follow a rotating skill-based curriculum to ensure consistent progress and confidence in the water. The ultimate goal is to prepare swimmers to transition successfully into the competitive Bronze group.
