Level 2 - Fundamental Water Skills

In this level, swimmers strengthen their freestyle and backstroke while developing better body position, coordination, and endurance. They work toward swimming longer distances with proper technique. Advancement requires swimming 25 yards of both freestyle and backstroke unassisted.

Level 3 - Stroke Readiness: Free, Back, Breaststroke Development

Level 3 introduces new strokes while refining freestyle and backstroke. Swimmers also begin to build endurance across all four competitive strokes. To move up into the developmental swim team, they must swim 100 yards of freestyle and backstroke and 50 yards of breaststroke unassisted.
