Competed 4 years on scholarship for Texas A&M University, Texas A&M record holder, SEC finalist and runner up, multiple time NCAA qualifier, multiple time Academic All American. Swimming teaches many life lessons that I have carried with me long after I finished my swimming career. Swimming taught me discipline, the importance of timeliness, hard work, how to win gracefully, how to learn from a loss, and how to finish something you started. My entire goal as a coach is to pass these values/life lessons that I have learned through swimming onto the next generation of athletes. If I can help swimmers grow the way my coaches helped me I will have done my job successfully."
