HSC REGISTRATION FORM - you are able to type info in and then print out for signatures. Also please indicate whether your swimmer is male/female please.
USA SWIMMING REGISTRATION FORMS - Go to the EVENTS tab on the website and look for 2025 REGISTRATION. Follow the directions there.
