If this is your first lesson, please specify this in your order and monitor your inbox for an email from JotForm Sign to be invited to sign a Program Waiver And Release Form. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours of payment, please contact Kapolei Aquatics Center for it to be resent.

Policies/Procedures regarding cancellations, no shows, schedule holds, and extending swim lessons effective July 1, 2021. ("swimmer" = swimmer or swimmer's parent/guardian)

• Notification of swimmer-cancelled lessons. Please send a written notice of scheduled swim lesson cancellation to [email protected] at least 24-hours before the scheduled lesson start time. Cancellation notice must include swimmer's name and date/time of lesson canceling. Cancellation messages left by phone will not be accepted as written notice. Cancellations with written notice received at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time will be rescheduled, within the following limits:
  • Up to 2 lessons of a 6-lesson session are eligible for rescheduling at no charge
  • Up to 4 lessons of a 12-lesson session are eligible for rescheduling at no charge
• Lesson forfeiture. Forfeited lessons will not be rescheduled or refunded. The following lessons are subject to forfeiture:
  • Lessons cancelled by swimmer with less than 24-hours notice
  • Lessons cancelled by swimmer through means other than a written notice to [email protected]
  • Lessons for which a swimmer is a "no show"
  • Lessons cancelled by swimmer beyond the allotted number of lessons eligible for rescheduling at no charge
• Instructor-cancelled lessons. In the case of a scheduled swim instructor's unexpected absence, all attempts will be made by Kapolei Aquatics Center to secure a substitute swim instructor. If a no substitute is available or a swimmer declines the lesson with the substitute, the lesson will be rescheduled.
• Rescheduled lessons. Day and time of rescheduled lesson is not guaranteed to be the same day and/or time of previously scheduled lessons. Kapolei Aquatics Center staff will contact swimmer directly to reschedule an eligible missed lesson.
• Schedule holds. Holds will be placed on agreed upon swim lesson dates and times that are pending payment. Payments must be made in full online on the same day of scheduling; otherwise, the dates and times will be released and no longer guaranteed.
• Extending swim lessons. Kapolei Aquatics Center welcomes swimmers who would like to extend their swim lessons with additional sessions. Schedule of new session's swim lessons is subject to instructor availability and not guaranteed to be the same day and/or time of previous swim lessons.

Fees for swim lessons are non-refundable and non-transferable.
