We’ve built this schedule to allow families flexibility while ensuring swimmers have ample opportunities to stay active.

Why is Holiday Training Important?

    •    Avoid Setbacks: A break in training can lead to a loss in endurance, technique, and progress.

    •    Prepare for Competitions: The new year often brings critical meets, and holiday training ensures readiness.

    •    Stay Balanced: Swimming is an excellent way to stay active and counter holiday indulgences!

We strongly encourage swimmers to attend as many sessions as possible. If you’re traveling, consider visiting a local pool to keep up with light workouts. Feel free to reach out if you’d like suggestions for workouts or have questions about the schedule.

Thank you for your dedication and commitment. Let’s finish the year strong and set the stage for an amazing 2025!

See you at the pool!
